I'm taking a leave of absence from dA. I don't know exactly how long I may be gone, but it could be a few months or indefinitely. Here are my reasons:

1. This thing has actually turned into a "Giga Pet/Nano Pet/Tamagotchi" (depends on what you played with if you were a kid/teen of the 90s) of sorts. Now with summer at hand, I find myself looking at this more now that I have time off so that I won't have a spam dump of messages like I used to during school.

2. Speaking of school, I need to focus more on studying not just for school, but for other things in my life. I've practically dropped my Japanese studies because I've been spending too much time on the Internet, not just dA. As far as school goes, we all know what happened this last school semester....

3. I actually need to stop being online so much, anyway.

4. It's not dA, the Internet, or you all making me leave; it's me. I'm serious. I'm the one who has "outgrown" being on dA. When I came, I found it a way to post some of the things people would like and all on the Internet to all. I pretty much wanted some people to talk to, share imaginations with, and make friends with. Now, I have some good watchers here and there, but the appeal to stay is losing it's luster.

I'm sure some of you all are going, "NUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!111 Don't leave us! Who will finish 'Lives with the Hunters' or 'Adventures with X and Zero'?! Who will be there to add a nice comment of to make my day better? You can stay! I'm sure you'll have more watchers along the way if you stay longer!!!"

Like I said, I need to just leave this thing. My ff.net profile and ~The-Writing-Ninja profile (both are writing profiles) are essentially dead, anyway.

I know I said that I would write the new chapters to LwtH and Adv. w/ X & Zero last week, but I haven't been able to really focus on them. It's not dA that making me not focus, it's just my laziness, for lack of a better word.

I want to give out some goodbyes as I leave:

- My first watcher and fellow writer, I remember you from ff.net under the profile of Razzkat. Continue to write your hilarious Super Smash Bros. fanfics! It's what you do best. (Sorry I haven't been able to read your works! )

- DON'T YOU DARE LEAVE A COMMENT OR NOTE. CALL ME. However, I do sign over to you if you wish to keep. Otherwise, it's very dead, too.

- Hang in there. School and life will be great if you just hang in there. It was nice getting to know you some!

- You are an awesome and talented artist. Don't ever let what may come keep you down. You're a kind and caring person, and there aren't many ladies like you left, y'know. =3

- Not too much can describe you, Ange. You're a great artist and you'll be a wonderful wife to your soon-to-be-husband. Hope everything goes well with your artistic and writing hobbies! (Sorry I didn't get a chance to read your latest chapter! )

- You're a very sweet and caring guy, and not very many guys like that are left. Keep on being nice and working on your great art!

- Keep up the Capcom Crazies! Your comedic talent really knows no bounds! In fact, you've influenced me to make sight gags at various things!

, , - I really wouldn't have gotten to know you all if it weren't for Sarah. Keep up the good work, and don't ever let life keep you down. Failure is only failure when you fall and refuse to get up.

I know you were one of my later watchers, but thank you for reading "Lives with the Hunters" and "Adventures with X and Zero"! Your critiques were veeeeeeeeery constructive and helpful. Although I'll be abandoning them for a while, thank you for just reading.

Thank you for your wonderful flower and scenic photography. I'm sure you'll miss my [near] daily s, but everything'll be okay. You're a wonderful photographer, and you'll keep far in life.

I'll be on dA occasionally, but not under this profile. I may come on here looking at specific profiles for wallpapers, a good giggle, or something to color/paint. The only thing I am leaving behind is my profile. I'm deleting all journals up until now, but my gallery will remain in tact. Note, I will be ing no more work after today.
